CD and DVD Duplication

DVD and CD duplication process uses a laser to write the information on the disc with a series of zeros and ones. It changes the material on the disc to create information in which a laser will read. The information read will be exactly as your master.

DVD and CD Replication starts off with creating a glass master from the disc master. It then yields a mould to stamp the information onto the discs. A mirror is then mounted onto the disc to reflect the information inside the disc for the laser to read.

After the DVD CD duplication or replication process, we can then print on the disc using either thermal, digital print or silk-screening. We can do CMYK colours as well as mono black.

CD and DVD Packaging

We offer a large variety of CD & DVD packaging contents. We can place your discs into different kinds of sleeves. We have paper, vinyl, and as well as cardboard. We also have slim cases for CDs at 5.2mm and DVDs in various measurements from 5mm, to 7mm and 14mm.

We also can shrink wrap your cases with the disc inside them to get a professional retail look. We make sure all your assembly is done correctly by checking it in several steps along the production line.

CD DVD Artwork Specifications

Design your artwork at 300dpi or greater. Use our templates for faster turnaround time on digital proofs and to avoid artwork layout fees.

Please create bleed lines on covers & inserts so that when we cut, there won't be any white on border of the artwork. For CD and DVDs, please cover the hole in artwork

We accept PDF, PSD, TIFF, JPEG files. Please send these files in high resolution in order to have quality prints.
