Snacking with Montreal musician & artist Melina Soochan, check out her website & also Scène Prestige

I went to Montreal early this May for personal enjoyment and business purposes. On the way back, we filmed some footage using the Canon C100. Feel free to use the footage for your productions and films. Let me know what you think. All shots filmed with a 17mm to 55mm Canon APS-C lens. Download link available directly from our safe FTP site. All footage was filmed at 23.97 fps 1920X1080 with a super 35 sensor. If you have any questions please contact us.

1) The Miscellaneous

Various clips filmed over the course of a few days. Clip #1 shows a simple shot of an avocado fruit sitting on the table. The fruit rests on the left side of the screen with the sun light shining into the lens. The second clip has a close up shot of a baby’s foot. Next in the line up, we have a close up shot of a feeding bottle with the sunlight reflecting onto the plastic. Clip #4 shows a dog staring into the camera in a medium shot, and lastly we have the camera placed in the back seat of a car as the car is moving along the highway at medium speed.

2) The Croix on Mount Royal

A peaceful day on Mount Royal, just filming The Croix at the same time hanging out with my wife and son. Not too many people out on the mountain that day. You get various angles from the downloads below. Total length is approximately 14 seconds of great looking Croix footage!

3) Afternoon Architecture

While driving in downtown we were experimenting with various “shoot on the gun” shots. It’s rough but is ideal for working into the footage similar to the Chrysler commercial shown a few years ago at the Super Bowl event. Total length is approximately 1 minute.

4) Peaceful Montreal

Filming over the top of Mount Royal, I was able to capture the Montreal Olympic Stadium in the distance. Here you’ll get various shots around the top of the mountain as well, adding up to a total time of 16 seconds of beautiful cityscape filmed with the super 35 sensor.
