Q. Will Azure Production video tape our events for us?
A. Yes, we offer high quality videography services for business solutions as well as family functions.
Q. How long does it take to edit?
A. Depending on the amount of footage, we can edit approximately 1 hour of footage in 4 to 5 days. We also do rush orders.
Q. Do I need to make back-up copies for all of my materials?
A. No, but we highly recommend it because we know many materials may not be replaceable.
Q. May I scan my photos, and burn them onto a CD?
A. Yes, we understand how important your photos may be and we recommend you do this.
Q. Do you use all the photos?
A. No, we will use the photos that will best suit the video’s mood.
Q. What about copyright music?
A. We supply you with royalty free music or custom composition. You can also add in your own music of your choice.
Q. Will your DVD-Rs play on my DVD player?
A. Our DVDs will play on most DVD players, to find out if you DVD player will play our discs click here.
Q. If I want to make changes on the video that I reviewed, how many times will Azure be able to re-edit it?
A. If you have reviewed the video and want to make changes, Azure will make as many changes as you'd like.
Q. What if Azure has started the editing process and I have more material that I want to add?
A. Azure accepts new material at any time of the editing process. The completion date may vary, we will let you know about the updated price.
Q. Do you restore damaged videos?
A. No, we currently do not restore video that has noise, flickering, and wear and tear on tapes.
Q. Do DVDs lose quality over time?
A. Generally speaking, DVDs will not lose quality over the years when it is being played on a DVD player. However, where you store your discs are crucial in sustaining quality. Store them under temperatures between 15 and 25 degrees Celsius and away from sunlight. Keep the discs clean; never touch the bottom of the disc. By following these rules, DVDs will last longer than VHS tapes.
