A full-frame digital single-lens reflex camera has an image sensor that is equal to a 35mm film frame. Other cameras, including SLRs, usually have a smaller sensor as they are less costly to manufacture. F-stop   An f-stop is a unit of measurement for aperture, which is essentially the size of the hole that opens up in your camera when you snap a picture. Different apertures can increase or decrease your depth of field, which is the amount of your shot that’s in focus.  F-stop measurements look like this: f/2.8, f/4, f5.6, f/8 and f/22, with the smaller the number meaning the larger the hole. Happy Friday and long weekend!

TGIF! The long weekend has arrived! That means one extra day of awesomeness on Sunday to be stupid… or smart! That also means cottaging, catching up on sleep, working on your deadlines, or heading out into the wilderness and rocking some 4×4 wheeling and camping at the same time! We took some time off last weekend to head out into some crown land of Ontario to find some lakes a sunshine. What a beautiful weekend it was. Minus the deadly mosquitos.
